I find this difficult to understand. We had a small business, and we never dreamed of paying less than the going rate, quibbling about bereavement leave, sick pay, or holiday pay. I don't know who this organisation represents.

One of ours is so greedy that she throws up. Sometimes in the plate, sometimes on the kitchen floor, and about 50% of the time, on carpet. We have to feed her as though she has had a gastric bypass - a teaspoon at a time of a days weighed food. I don't know how this happened.

Yes my daughter has grown into an FF bust and she's wide across the shoulder/back too. T-shirts just don't fit any longer. The shoulder bust thing is the best measure . But the drape really matters too. It's frustrating for her. Especially since a decent T would be acceptable for work.

I don't think it's a plus size issue. I'm a stick and my daughter used to be a shapely hourglassy type and we often bought the same or similar t-shirt. I think it is a shoulder and bust thing. If a tee fits there and the fabric drapes well and feels nice, it's good. Nicely set sleeves are a bonus.
