Fire Walk With Me is a good Lynch film but imo it being twin peaks makes me less fond of it
but online you can't say that you don't like how far it strays from the original or else people who put too much stake in their opinions will call you stupid and assume you loved late season 2

It's genuinely kinda insane to me watching twin peaks today because I know that there was more leeway for this kind of stuff in the the 90s than decades before, but it's still insane to see a character who's a woman and promiscuous not actively shamed by a show that came out then
