A simple question for the High Speed Rail Authority: Where are the plans to get the HSR from Bakersfield to Tehachapi? The last meeting - pre-covid - that I attended said the plan was to go under the Tehachapi Mountains. Where are those plans?

We walked on the bridge’s sidewalk over Idaho Falls on the way there, we walked in the middle of the street returning to the hotel. Dang sharks in the Snake River could have gotten us! #jaws

I attended the Institute of Peace Summer Institute in 2004 as a social studies teacher. Fantastic work done by the staff. We could tell the staff was trying very hard to strike a political balance. The Heritage Foundation came into the room doing a "trial balloon" speech for invading North Korea.
