Always do. Everyone should be required to wear high quality well fitted masks in medical settings at the VERY least. It’s directly harming their patients and fellow patients not to.

I don’t miss getting sick a few times a year as I used to every year. Wearing an n95 indoors in public places sucks, but way, way, way less than the alternatives.
