There are perfectly legimate reasons to lack knowledge, such as limited access to resources, or learning difficulties. This person chose a powerful public position, so the criticism is valid. Just don't dunk on people who can't help their situation. It seems gov officials and elected reps need educ.

Yeah. Primitive in this context is a racist word, though. Used of people whose land gets stolen. It's how colonialism excuses itself.

The point is the long history of the word as an insult. They don't care about realism in describing pigs. They use it in the context of them historically being seen as dirty.

Colonialists have forced their own religion to others and stopped them from practising their own, literally condemning it as primitive and of the devil.

The bad side of being warm blooded; I'm in Finland, where we have long winters, but I run toi hot for cardigans, etc. Well, I have started to feel cold more, so maybe one day.

They should not have the right to caĺl themselves a charity, when they leave people without care at a volatile moment, when help is especially needed. Trans people have fought for all of us. It's our turn. Wish I could do more.

Trans and nonbinary people should do whatever they want and be left alone about it. Other people's opinions do not matter.

That is amazing. It looks magical. I live in Finland, and in Lapland auroras happen all the time. But not here in the south. I was thrilled when I experienced some one evening as a preteen, and still remember the feeling. But your experience was way more awe-inspiring. Great photo!

I just had this conversation on here. Some are just bigots, and happy to target a minority. The ones who were once victimised have cognitive dissonance over not being able to fight the actual perpetrators, plus their bigotry makes them target a minority instead.
