If the order is scoped to the 50 states + 1, I expect to learn that they sent out orders to federalize the Guam guard units by morning, and I'm only halfway joking about that.

I'm looking at metro areas, not city proper. Greater Manchester is closer to Denver population wise, and not far off from the Bay Area area wise. But yes, it's like a league for just Florida and Texas. If they were all crammed into Alabama.

Manchester is the second largest urban area in the UK. The real question is why doesn't New York have 7 teams in every sport?
