Half the battle with this guy is just reiterating government can and already does good things that are so ubiquitous they’ve become invisible. He’s able to remind you in a way that you understand that good government can exist outside of a 24/7 vengeance operation, and in NYC already does.

I just finished this book a few days ago and I can’t recommend it highly enough. Fugelsang methodically (and often hilariously) explains why Christian fundamentalism is a complete crock of shit when it comes to the hot-button issues of the day.

Actually, there's nothing even remotely funny about what he did. Trump started a war and conquered a country in order to obtain the prize, which has now lost all meaning and value in the process. Chew on that for a while and let me know how it tastes.
