Where are the ND peeps? Get their input for tips and tricks. I'm GREAT at delay via process. I would be on board with coaching anyone who doesn't see the options and feels like they can refuse.

Is calling alone enough? NO, where the fuck did I say it was? (I didn't.) But for folks who are frozen, a small action--like calling--helps break the ice. And that makes way for much more. Are you out there setting things on fire? I hope so! But right now I'm just trying to thaw out whoever I can.
