Bought some new electrolytes to try for #POTS - never seen this brand before but liked the look of it as you can buy a version with no flavours, sweeteners etc.

Why do other sick/disabled people say these things oh my god

Mandala pattern made by using the Radial app, an intricate pattern made with high radial symmetry and lots of tiny lines of different colours including blue, purple, pink, yellow and turquoise.

Recommended app for those 'tired and wired' times: Radial.

Make pretty designs with a few strokes of your finger, no artistic talent needed. Choose the symmetry, colours etc you want.

My morning on Visible. The thick red line is me sat up in bed having a remote medical appointment. The dark blue chunk from 12 is me lying flat on my back having therapy via zoom. The rest of the time I'm either lying in bed or sitting up in bed (occasional bathroom trip).

I've just been leafing through this and it's lovely, but out of 132 photographers featured, only 11 are women - just 8%. And worse, *none* of the junior photographers featured are girls. This is not chance, it's bias at work. Where are the women in bird/wildlife photography?

Time and again disabled people have had to fight through the courts to receive the support they are entitled to.'
