I’ve had so many younger developers reach out to me lately about jobs. Many with great resumes and portfolios.

We’re seeing thousands of these sort of applicants per job… it’s almost as if they don’t even have a chance.

What advice would you give to these devs? I’m at a loss.

I love Atlanta weather this kind of year. Wake up and wear shorts and a T-Shirt, put on pants when the sun goes down at 4pm, finish the night off with 3 layers of winter coat.

Wondering if anyone on here has experience dropping an NFT collection, I have a pretty good idea but no experience marketing or launching.

Would love any advice!
