God I miss living in York. I wish Cornwall weren’t so far away from everything.

This was a really interesting topic but also just a lovely read. I remember my family making jokes about this when I was little which thankfully meant I got the day today sketch when I saw it.

See I think the medieval period is surprisingly progressive *for what people culturally envision of the middle ages* but that’s still not bloody great 😂

Yep pain scoring is a massive pain. Like a 7 in one spot is fine but in another should not be there.

So I got a bursary from the RIII society and my impression of them is that they are a bit odd. Obvs DM me for the fun gossip 😂

Bloody lovely work

One of the very good bits of my otherwise terrifying WCA was that she asked me to describe what my life looks like when I work full time. I told her I just don’t have one when I work full time. I come home, I sleep, I go to work, I spend the weekend recovering. I barely even eat.

I don’t know how old you are but I absolutely heard it as a kid in the 90s. “R*tard” and “Sp*stic” were common too even among teachers because obviously even though diagnostic terms change they still get used (see Asperger’s now, over ten years on and folks still use it as if it’s still a diagnosis)

Well at the very least an assembly for a measure of independence
