Tripped over a partially unfolded futon carrying a bowl of hot udon noodles while walking into a dark room. Spilled the noodles all over an adjacent couch, scraped my knee and shin on the futon, and bloodied my nose on the bowl. This happened last Friday.

Great movie. I watched it multiple times as a kid on pre-cable TV in the late 1970s and early 80s because they used to show movies like that on regular television.

The GW Bush administration spent months pushing WMD garbage, and it worked: at least initially, the war was popular! I pay more attention to the news than I should, and I couldn’t tell you what Trump’s justification for regime change in Venezuela is.

I don’t know why you’re singling out dogs. All my pets (one dog and both cats) are stupid as shit. They are charming, sure, but the smartest one is probably the oldest cat, and he would eat himself to death if we didn’t intervene multiple times a day.
