Voracious reader of 19th century novels, Jane Austen addict, and unapologetically appreciative of a great bodice ripping romance. Working on my first romance manuscript.
Awe... there's a great little rescue organization in the small town in WV where I'm from that rescues abused, neglected and abandoned hounds. So glad these two found their forever home.

Please let me know when you find one. I heard about the Neptune app on TikTok but that isn't scheduled for release until this summer.

My daughter relied on this app for socializing as well. She is very creative but painfully shy and the friends she made there really helped her come out of her shell bit by bit. Fuck these greedy politicians who took away her voice. We are living in hell.

Me! I loved it for Booktok and niche news items I couldn't find on mainstream media and now it's gone!

These are incredible! I believe that someone else showed me one of the Johanna Lindsey covers that you had painted.

The same for my home state as well. My hometown is rapidly becoming a ghost town due to their antiquated economic policies and isolationist tactics. The sad fact is that it's too late to change these people's views, they'll die on this hill.

Those of us who grew up in a deep red state are not shocked at all by this. Not in the least. They see their values reflected in this man and voted accordingly.

My mother painted woodland animals and cottages on rocks. I kept several of them and a few of her friends sent them to me after she passed. I'll have to post them here.

Wow, that artist is very talented! And it definitely was the very same book. Thank you for sharing that.

Just downloaded it onto my Kindle. Thank you!

My interest is definitely sparked with this one.

I was 12 and it was definitely a Johanna Lindsey - Fires of Winter I believe. I wasn't allowed to read romance books but a friend's mother had a monthly subscription for romance novels. My friend used to sneak them to school and our small group of friends passed them around. Haha.

Thank you! I really enjoy a great book with a strong female main character!

He is a vile man.

These types of men have always hated us and now they've been given a megaphone to announce it. Conservative men are the absolute worst.
