I emailed libro again to ask wtf but I don't even care at this point. INaudio is a trashfire but Author Republic looks like it's a pain in the ass if you want to be selective about distribution and I just don't have any more mental energy to spare on this bullshit.

It does seem to be helping my focus because I'm more conscious now when I AM online that I'm doomscrolling our bouncing around refreshing things, and that's a sign to put on the timer and go do dishes or something.

I have a few different blocklists so I can just block social media, or block everything distracting. I turn it on usually every night so I'm better able to resist checking my phone when I should be sleeping and I don't view anything until I'm up and have had my coffee during my work days.

So far there was some haunted hotel renovation, riding on a scooter with a cat, then I drove a boat during a musical number with dolphins, and now I'm singing as well, this is pretty great.

Thanks, I'll go through--I periodically go through the auto-generated "following over X accounts" to block randos, but every single time it's "account created Nov 2024" and I'm thinking of getting a little more aggressive with those accounts.
