A classic Negroni.

Have been experimenting with clear ice “pucks” (rather than cubes) for some of my cocktails. I like the “float” effect it gives your garnishes! Keeping the peel above the cocktail also helps elevate the aromatics / nose of the drink.

Wonton noodle soup with homemade shrimp pork wontons, blanched bok choy, julienned carrot, celery, and thinly sliced red onions, topped with green onion and crispy sesame soy ginger flakes.

Very pleased with how these wontons turned out for my first time round! 😮‍💨👌🏽🍲

On today’s cooking adventures, “Sunday Night Brunch”.

Lemon shallot bruschetta parmesan poached eggs on Tuscan sourdough toast topped with green onion and lemon zest, served with mushroom garlic chili herb confit hashbrowns, and a sweet smoked hickory lemon balsamic reduction drizzle.
