Horrible and dehumanizing, it’s insane how evil these people are. These projects are clearly built to exploit the weak and those in need of real help. There is NO way this stuff is built for a good cause.

First report about Emojam: the initial system update disabled the local chatbots and made the system extremely laggy. It's constantly phoning home, but it does it on the main thread instead than in background. Airplane mode "fixes" this, but doesn't make much sense for an online device...

Oh boy the SEGA EmoJam pagers are here!! My inner ‘90s child is above the clouds right now, I love this kind of gadgets so much. Me and my partner will initialize these later after dinner, once she’s home from work. Stay tuned I guess!

This trick reminds me of my very old mobile game “Sky Driver” where the far camera would render at lower res to simulate depth of field for cheap. It turned out decently! I think your idea would definitely work too.

Spent the last night messing with the personally most irritating problem in rendering: being unable to rotate a Reflection probe. My solution is very much tailored to my workflow but it does its job and performance is unaffected. You have no idea how good it feels! #gamedev

There you go! It’s a small 370mah battery but it will last 6-7 days with regular usage every now and then. Can be charged with a USB-C port!

I got into the Tamagotchi rabbit hole again recently and got myself the Uni. This thing has WiFi, system updates and online content and events! Crazy how much they evolved, loving it so far.
