Scientists are warning that the U.S. will suffer from President Trump’s decision to cut $1.8 billion in grants for the National Institutes of Health. What the Trump administration fails to acknowledge is that federally funded research is a “return on investment for the entire country,” says Pulitzer Prize winning journalist and blood cancer survivor, John Harwood. “Our future generations are going to reap the benefits [of this research] and maybe even some people in the current generation.”

There is a coup of our government playing out in real time by Trump, Musk and the regime. Only the judicial branch is slowing them - that is not okay, or enough! We need to all be awake and engaged. We need new Senate leadership!
