It's hilarious when people don't realize blocking destroys their own comment chains and people's access to them. Replying to and then blocking a post is just hilariously stupid given the way BlueSky works.

He pled guilty immediately as far as the court is concerned. The notice for his initial hearing wasn't even issued until 3 days after his plea agreement.

Well turns out she lied. In the case she cited Birchum pled guilty immediately, it's literally ONE day after anything at all was entered in the docket.

WTH is this childish garbage? The judge is basically saying "Nope, you didn't say the magic words! You have to say the exact magic words!!" Followed by a cowardly backtrack in a footnote, as she likely realized that she couldn't let herself sound THAT foolish.
