Yea. I'm getting better at documenting the goals and ideas. That does help a lot. With limited time you forget the bright ideas you had weeks past and then loose track of direction. Causing you to get another bright idea and jump on that instead 🙈. Smaller milestones is a good suggestion.

It's not skills per se. Not on the technical side. I have been in the industry for about 20 years now.
Skills within marketing, selling and just "showing off" are the skills that needs improvement. I do realize that if i don't act on it, i won't get better. But it is still a mental hurdle :)
