I haven't posted on Bluesky in awhile because I've been enjoying Threads. It's getting hit pretty hard with bots, engagement baiters & trolls lately though & my algorithm is all messed up now.

Whenever any bad political news pops up now, I just shrug & think "this is what they voted for." I've become completely numb to it.

Twitter was never the same again after dipshit Elon took over - even before the election nonsense. Twitter is easily replaced by Threads & Bluesky, especially with the mass exodus of users lately. Let them turn X into the new Truth Social. They can all be their own echo chamber.

I think Sylvan Library might be the most overrated card in PreModern. One of the best decks in the format is Stifle Naught where they can put a 12/12 in play on turn 2 & you're trying to crack fetchlands to see three new cards in an Oath deck? Eh...

Trying to make a Top 5 SNES game list & it's impossible. There's so many great games on Super Nintendo. What an all-time game library. Just wall-to-wall BANGERS, especially if you're an RPG fan. 🎮

I have semi-settled on a mainboard for Sneaky Dimir Terror Control but my Sideboard is currently 35 cards. I feel like targeting the mirror, Synth & Glee is the way to go but you don't want to get blown out by Affinity, Bogles, Fams, or rando combo either.

Just ordered more physical Magic: The Gathering cards which I've not done for several months. As a big Pauper fan though, I had to grab Lorien Revealed before they jump up to $5 a piece. Needed a few more cheap newer cards anyway so I can play both Mono Red Synth & Dimir post Duskmourn.

I have been thinking about picking up a Super Nintendo again. Just to physically own the tangible system & games. Not an emulator w/ Roms.
Retro gaming is quite pricey nowadays but not needing an internet connection, or having microtransactions or loading screens is very appealing to me.

When I was a kid, I thought adults had their shit together. I thought political debate was the subject of educated intellectuals. Then you get older & the internet comes along.. suddenly you can see, in real time, how fucking absolutely dumb as fuck the average American is. It’s pathetic.
