It's a wild journey that I'm glad to experience with a new relationship to myself

Having feelings I associated with just being a teenager bubble up and trigger memories I thought were long gone and processing them in vastly different circumstances feels surreal

I want to celebrate my physical progress outside of it's physical appearance and separate from comparison to other bodies

It's cute that you've obviously watched a hundred "How to be best Manager" videos but I think it would be stronger if you didn't launch into 10 mins analogies everyday and cut anyone off after a minute when they are answering a question you asked
