an important nuance here is that the question asks specifically about *biden's plan* to cancel student debt, not about the idea of student debt cancellations. his plan for massive cancellations was struck by scotus so what ended up happening was *way* less than what was promised

ok there's a lot to unpack here but beyond being a slogan during the blm protests, who actually put forth a bill or a proposal to "abolish the police." in what universe is "abolish prisons" anything other than what people on twitter/tumblr and non-profits talk about

one thing id like for pollsters to start digging into is the disconnect between a voter's personal representative vs their perception of the national party. id love to see this against what mgp's constituents think of her vs what they think of the ntl dems for ex. there's nuance being lost here!

3. their sourcing leaves much to be desired. not to say that you need to have chicago or ap style to be Legit, but listing an email address as your source is just lazy. the yougov surveys are linked to pdfs, but the marist polls link to websites that require membership access to view

2. their methodology analyzing poll results to be..curious. inconsistent mostly. why not look at the same polling source across the decade as opposed to different polls across different years? are we looking at the same sample size across the different pollsters? are they using the same definitions?
