My political beliefs are quite vague on my bio, so I shall put them in detail here.
What I mean by democratic Socialist is the following: a non-partisan presidential democracy, in which the state (the government) owns and provides the basic necessities to its citizens.

Got to love people who can't take criticism and instead revert to name calling and vitriol. Like clearly need some medications if you can't take an opinion different from your own without having a hissy fit.

If you guys are truly serious about #Cascadia then move to those states en masse and call for a succession. Be prepared when martial law and military intervention starts to occur if/when the movement gets big. It sounds nice on paper, but your best bet is too flee if possible.

Sex work needs to be legalized. Men and women in America have no protections for violent crime against sex workers. If we legalized it, we could regulate it, making it safer. I think America is too stuck on purity culture to ever do this.
