Good point you make there. I'm not surprised that it hasn't occurred to most of the people consuming the story which, as is true for most of the internet, is react-first-think-later.

1. There is as of yet nothing confirming that "Bubba" is Bill Clinton. Bubba is actually a fairly common nickname. I do concede that, power adjacent as they were, it's certainly not unlikely. But there's no evidence at this time.
