Ive seen a lot of resolutions to watch more movies, and if youre not using Letterboxd, you should join!

It's not about how many movies you watch. I love when I log a movie, see that some of you have watched it, how many stars you rated it, and if you wrote a review. And then we can talk about it!

Hey! This sucks! Someone should block this insane purchase.
Netflix CEO Ted Sarandos says the streamer has no "opposition" to releasing Warner Bros. movies in theaters, but hints that "windows will evolve to be much more consumer friendly."

I don’t begrudge anyone for finding Avatar too corny but when people are just like “yeah it’s good spectacle but that’s it” I am so bewildered because we are STARVED for spectacle. I’d rather see a $350 million movie where every red cent went on the screen than one where $250M went to actor salaries

I’ve filled a lot of blind spots in the last year but for my generation…uh Clueless I guess?
Inspired by a post I just saw in which someone admitted they hadn’t seen a single episode of Friends nor the film Love Actually… what cultural hole do you have that’s a bit weird for your generation?

I’ll go first: I haven’t seen Dirty Dancing.
