I keep forgetting to post about this, but I received an amazing gift from a friend earlier this month. My pal commissioned her partner to bind a hardback copy of A Bloomy Head for me, and it’s GORGEOUS.

first mustard update:
the seeds on the left soaked for 36 hours. the first batch on the left was made from seeds which soaked overnight, before being ground in my mom’s extra coffee grinder and mushed up with rice wine vinegar in her tiny food processor.

anyway, have some sketches I did in Rome fifteen years ago! I stayed in a hostel which cost *$8 a night* and spent an inordinate amount of time trying to fit my entire upper body into different secluded fountains!

also I *did* get out to paddle for 1 hour, and I have to say that listening to portuguese-learning podcast + kayak is a top-tier activity
