I wrote my Masters dissertation on the menopause, in particular the extent to which women in the charity workforce are/aren't supported through it. This was one of many suggestions to come from it so pleased to see this happening. Another thing for this government to shout about ( more loudly)!

Looks great @dawnbutlerbrent.bsky.social . I was on a float at Manchester Pride on Saturday and got a well- needed boost of love and positivity to counter the division and intolerance which seems to have raised its head recently. Long may happy vibes continue!
