Along my entire journey, this was what really threw me off multiple times. The more I learned about my wounds from my parents - the angrier I got, that I would have to heal all of them by myself, while they simply continue on with their life. And now, that I am working towards a peaceful life,..⤵️

You go to bed doing everything perfect, to ensure you have a good night, but you wake up in the morning & everything is on fire. Ur mental space is foggy, ur focus bury & your emotional state is between "I should be okay, nothing happened" & "OMG,hell broke loose". ⤵️
