Beyerdynamic dt 990, 80 ohm. I heard VSX headphones are even better, but the price was above my budget. If you end up bying Beyerdynamic, look into the different variants (770/880/990 and the different ohm values). They're all similar but have minor differences, mostly whether they're open-back.

I swear, as a beginner, most of the tutorials I can find online seem way too vague and obtuse, not to mention contradictory. I just gotta put in the hours of practice I guess, even it it feels like I'm messing around without a clear goal
