I’m so used to building a breakfast of sides because I won’t eat the eggs. So I’m ordering a side of potatoes and a side of pancakes or waffles - eggs as an ingredient is fine as long as it’s low concentration and I can’t feel the texture… I’d say as long as I can’t taste/smell it, but I always can.

There’s a breakfast place near my house and while they do have eggs in a lot of stuff, they have a dish called “potatoes, etc.” which is just hash browns, veggies, and cheese. And it’s precisely what I want.

And granted, it was a group for people who are most likely neurospicy in some fashion given the group name, so on the one hand, reading the social cues might not happen straight away for some, but when he was still going at it after I said I wasn’t looking to incorporate eggs into my diet… 🤦

I was on an executive dysfunction meals post commenting on my aversion to eggs and some dude WOULD NOT STOP trying to advise me on how to consume an egg. I got so mad. And for my egg aversion, it’s also a tummy problem, so… just stop. I do not need to work on my egg tolerance.

Lake Superior is apparently so frigid (I mean we know this as Minnesotans… but still) that they’re preserved. And both Canadian and Michigan law have declared it a protected grave site, which is now illegal to photograph without authorization specifically for the reason above.

So each store got 12 pies. It’s possible they might still have some left tomorrow? Depends on the store I’m sure. My friend and I were there at the same time as a huge group of high schoolers and no one else got one. They’re clearly doing high school wrong.
