Like the lab I work in is impressive but I don't even have to get into what I do lol

I did tell my supervisor I left bc of anxiety but he also didn't do anything wrong maybe ever and I'm generally fine with knowing I'm insane on a few levels that just aren't easy to see

Yes even tho I'm butt hurt about all of this I'm going to make sure no one knows I had a panic attack at work bc I don't want them to apologize to me for that when they should apologize for being mean to me generally even if I was more mentally stable than I am!!

Yes I did have a panic attack at work Friday that's now coloring the way I perceive everything that's my right as an insane person

Turns out people basically never go "wow they're doing so much for me I should make their life easy and be nice to them" they go "well clearly they could be doing MORE" if I ever even am slightly less helpful!!

No one is mad at me but I don't like to make any mistakes at all let alone ones that are thousands of dollars (the nature of my job means all my mistakes probably cost hundreds of dollars at best)

He's thrown up twice in the last few days which is weird but h3 seems okay other wise
