Nothing prepares one for the need to mask emotions from the one who knows you best or for the inability to safely and quickly express the heart break that accompanies knowing the sweetest actions of caring from your terminally ill loved one may never happen again.

Old folks often say, age always catches up at some point. For the first time, I agree; increased my average daily steps by 4x and added weight to the "workout" 2 days ago. Seriously feeling bruised hips and muscle soreness.
Going to be creaky 4 a bit, but now can use that old phrase righteously 🤣
