My son injured his ankle. At 9am he rang our GP. Dr called back in 15 mins and he had an appointment at 10am. Referral for walk-in x-ray at UCLH, diagnostic at 1pm. Treatment room in an hour and back home by 3pm in a boot with crutches.

Amazing.
