That’s a valid point, but I don’t think a third party would need to actually win. Just have enough of a surge of votes to put an existential crisis into the existing political parties, a nice little uno reverse.

It would be great if enough people get upset with both sides that one of the third parties becomes more relevant. I don’t think they will, but I bet we’d see a lot of rapid political reform.

I’m wondering when the knock down effect on cybersecurity regulations set by the feds will begin. It’s gonna get real hard for some orgs to give a shit about MFA for FTI connected systems/apps when some broccoli-headed fuck is getting access to the data with no clearance.
