I know people who cheer for cutting social programs—not to save money, but because they believe some lives just aren’t worth saving. Social Darwinism with a eugenics twist isn’t rare. That warning bell rang before, but when cruelty gets the green light, it spreads fast.

If passed, those seeking divorce who have children would have to present a witness OR the person seeking the divorce must "show cause" as to why the divorce should be granted.
