Day 1 of saying fuck you to my physio therapist
lesson: I've gained some weight and lost most of my core strength,
15 pound weighted lunges are excruciating but I've definitely loosened up the scar tissue on my Achilles. I fucking hurt smoking a joint putting on some pup gear and going to sleep.

This sucks looking for advice from anyone who's totally torn their achilles. Everything i do makes me nervous. Im scared to even move! Everytime I do it feels like a cramp in the back of my leg and im not putting pressure on it or using it in anyway just holding it up while I hobble on crutches.

Fuck im having a rough go leg gave out from previous injury, fell down / off the side legs are smashed up and I think i have a torn Achilles tendon blacked out from the pain fell down popped a rib and fucked up my shoulder. Man I just got my finger healed now this shit FML!

This is the first year we wont be attending Montreal fetish weekend and it sucks. Going to have to occupy my time well that weekend or I may die of FOMO. Next year will be all the better after missing this year though.
