Terrible migraine all day. Spent most of the day laying down 👀 covered & feeling 🤢. I did manage to finish the 🟡 hat though after hours of not restful rest. I also casted on a new hat w/ the remaining skein of 🟢 I used for the fake ombré hat.

Day 9 Update: Knit November
Spent the day purging clothes & reading from a REAL book for school. I had less knitting time this weekend than last week but I’m making progress on a hat with a decorative pattern.

Day 9 Update: Knit November

Day 8 Knit November Update

Another widow day, I was in full turtle mode, but I kept knitting. Finished a grey Seafarer’s Watchman’s Cap with the same leftover squishy cotton yarn from my nephew’s baby blanket. Hat #3 done.

On my Mixed-Japanese pilgrimage through Japan right now, it is also the first deathaversary of my husband Tristan. I left a little bit of Tristan at this beach in Okinawa. Thankful to have friends of Tree & me with me in this beautiful place for this horrible reminder of the day I lost my love.
