And then we get a Scooby Doo x Wrestlemania (whoever has John Cena) easter egg with Titanic Twist showing up? 🫣🤯

As well you should be. From what I saw: heavily at all, up to and including 5090. The multi-frame gen + DLSS is spitting out 3+ fake frames per frame, complete with hallucinated details when the camera is moving (reflex 2).
The 5090's cyberpunk benchmark was only 27 FPS at raw compute.

To your point, I believe that Valve called the system that dynamically(?) controls zombie spawns in Left 4 Dead "the director".

Otherwise, I am tempted by something similar to "strategic algorithm" yet feels less niche and combat focused...

Maybe, simply, "behaviours".

It's certainly a challenge to find a good term! I personally like "Arbiter" for similar reasons and that it has a dramatic sci-fi feel.

This still doesn't quite capture the potential background preparation you mention in your original post.

For what it's worth: I believe the table has sort of assumed it at least affects his typical human form.

This also leads me to wonder what a spider with a prehensile tail would even look like. 🤔
