I'm very confused re the benefit of this. The best way to get people exercising long term is making it fun. Even as a runner, I can't see how this would bring people to running.

I think this might be because they see themselves as entertainers instead of providers of useful information. This march included violence, so in their heads, more sellable as entertainment.

I remember this growing up in NI in the 80s. Housing estates populated by mostly catholic folks had green, white, and gold kerb stones, and housing estates populated by mostly protestant folks had red, white, and blue kerb stones. It didn't help the deep, deep problems of division at the time
