Honestly I wouldn't visit here. The world is a big place with so many interesting places to see. I hate that a big tourism drop will hurt small businesses. But it's crazy to come here. I went to Canada (10 mins away) the other day and I felt nervous coming back.

Watched a documentary last night on the bubonic plague. It blew my mind remembering the fights about the covid vaccine that people didn't want it. I prayied through the 1st year of Covid. I had an elderly mother & a niece had a serious auto immune deficiency. She had to give up being a teacher.

TY. I didn't know that. BTW my daughter convinced me & her dad to try vegan. We did fairly well but every so often I'd feel off. I'm not typically irritable. But I could feel my irritableness in a very physical way. So we'd sneak out to a restaurant. Usually for a chicken souvlaki salad.

When I first started cooking with it I had no idea i should press some of the moisture out. I couldn't understand why it took so long to brown when cooking in a wok with oil. Thank you for the choline info. I didn't know.

Those are Korean restaurants in Rochester?

The best we've found is Seoul House in Rochester. We would even drive there from Lewiston. Shorter from Medina. Only con besides the drive is they don't open until 3 pm.

Is that bibimbap? My husband would be jealous. There is a lack of good Korean restaurants in WNY. Enjoy NYC.
