Really, this is just a list of things they hate about *multiple* teachers and they’ll applying it all to ME because they’re desperate to have the court case dropped
![4. Reasons the Plaintiff Was Unsuitable as a Teacher
(1) Failure to disclose medical conditions
A. The plaintiff did not disclose prior to hiring that she had adult ADHD.
B. In her health check, she disclosed gallstones that she previously hid from the defendant.
C. The check also showed abnormal hemoglobin levels, and she was advised to seek medical care. She later took absences due to iron-deficiency anemia (Otsu-6,7), which had not been disclosed prior to hiring.
