Just started season 3 of Ted Lasso and slightly bemused that they have chosen West Ham of all teams to be the new Elite Team to beat.
Surely even other small teams like Everton, Forest and Villa have got more pedigree than West fucking Ham lol. They’ve never been good. Maybe that’s why?! 🤷🏻♂️

I think this game shows what can happen when Slot has a full week to work with his team on the training ground. (I know villa gave us a huge helping hand, but we have played a lot better)

I've said this a few times, but I'm increasingly convinced we're watching our next captain in Szoboszlai. He's been growing into it for a while, for me. The way he's stood up across this recent run has been a huge feather in the cap for him as well. Perennially involved in all the right ways. #LFC

One of the things we’ve struggled with lately is playing the ball from the back and it’s because teams have been smothering Gravenberch but tonight all our midfield have done better at coming deep and receiving the ball under pressure
