Yep it's a pretty perfect spot for them in the winter, it's south facing so plenty of light & it's warm also its a 'back' room so it's not used as much so there's plenty room for them to winter in peace 😊 They do need the blinds in summer tho because it gets really bright & hot.

Thanks! It's my 1st Yucca so I'm guessing my way through it but as I said in an earlier reply it used to live on a window sill upstairs well it couldn't fit on there now!! 😂 I've never known anything grow so much so quickly its like the repotting turbo charged it!

There's nothing wrong with wearing a white poppy for Peace alongside the traditional red one for remembrance because its something we should all want.
Also, the red poppy is in remembrance of *everyone* who died in military conflict so why do we need separate colour poppies?

Unfortunately the council mow it 4 (or more) times a year. Theres 6 houses which border the field & we love it when it grows, its natural, a little wild but controlled 😂 then they come along & it's gone. Kids play football, ride their bikes so I guess they need it shorter but I wish they wouldn't

Thankfully that's not my garden Betty! 😁🙏 That's the view from my bedroom side window & it's the field at the start of a Country Park 😊 Our back garden is really small, you've seen the photos of the greenhouse, flower tubs, veg & little pond. We manage to fit an awful lot into it but it's small 😊

I love Chesil beach 😊 Mind you it's an absolute b*stard to walk to the sea 😂 but the last time we were there I sat for hours feeling the most relaxed ever & recorded the fabulous sounds of waves on the shingle. Its lovely to play back at stressful times ❤️
