@jeremyandstormon5.bsky.social the bus hooted to let you know he was there, thats a good thing! As for the bus stopping & you overtaking him maybe he didn't *know* he was going to stop! Its all about consistency on the road, keeping roads moving rather than building traffic jams behind 1 cyclist 🤷🏼

#5 I love this little river, it has a Pooh bridge & my daughter & I used to play Pooh sticks whenever we crossed it (you can see bits of it on the previous photo) They were definitely good times 🥰 Anyway, I dried off, had my rather fabulous marshmallow Latte & totally enjoyed my Christmas movie 🥰

#3 Its not the 1st time Ive been extremely thankful we live at the top of a hill 🙏 It always floods at the bottom because the rivers flow into a lake & they always burst their banks. We're obviously making up for the droughts earlier this year because its forecast non stop rain for the next 4 days 😳

The oldies taken my car today & I needed a prescription so it was either walk there or go without 🤷🏼 However, theres a yellow weather warning for rain/floods in force at the moment so I knew it was going to be fun .... I wasn't wrong 😂

Record walk today! I managed 3.5kms watching 'The Christmas House' 😂 I took breaks with the ads & the soles of my feet are on FIRE! but Im pleased with my efforts! Walking my way thru 5 Christmas movies a week should improve my fitness & what better way to get fit than indulging in Christmas magic 🥰
