I started a recovery second cheesecake and a new sauce.... but maybe this first one actually came out okay? It was oozing blueberry until I cut it, and the crust is mush on half, but it actually held up okay inside and made a jammy little blueberry layer on the bottom. This one might stay with me :3

I stress baked a Halloween pumpkin cheesecake from scratch last night and, for an experiment, I'm quite pleased with it! Would have liked it to be a tad darker on the purple side, but the roasted pumpkin layer is so dang good. Tastes like a really light but flavorful pumpkin pie :3
