Hi Jillian, I also agree with this. I knew obesity in America was big but the numbers and stats of the children were shocking. It’s sad to see how it’s impacted the younger generations.

Hi Kylie, this is also something that gets hard as the semester goes on for me too. When you have no time to “prep” and make the foods it’s much easier to just chose the easier option which tends to be unhealthy :(

Hi Kylie, I agree with this! I feel like a temporary cleanse is okay for a short period of time like 3-5 days but months can be very dangerous for your overall health for sure! You lack a lot of the main food groups using this diet!l. Great post!
