We've been releasing bug fixes for Simply #Fortran version 3.40 pretty regularly. Our latest builds for #macos fix issues linking BLAS and LAPACK libraries on Intel Macs and a crash introduced by said changes on ARM Macs.

If something isn't working right, please feel free to contact us!

We will soon run part of the original code that discovered the Wow! Signal in SimplyFortran. This exercise will help us understand the data from the Ohio SETI project in the 1970s. 😃 @simplyfortran.bsky.social

We've released a new build of Simply Fortran 3.33 for Windows that now maps grave and acute accents to single quotes by default, which should make life easier for our European customers.

Fortran only understands the single-quote/apostrophe (ASCII 39) as a valid character, not its lookalikes.

Our companion app, WebFortran, was just updated to support linking your #Fortran code against BLAS and LAPACK libraries! Using these linear algebra libraries is supported in the browser on any device and from our command-line compiler!
