The UK fishing industry has been hugely damaged by Brexit. It's been an absolute fucking catastrophe for them.

THAT was the betrayal.

But for the CULT of Brexit truth is always a second ranking issue.

Labour is handing this country on a silver platter to Reform. People do not vote Labour because they hate immigrants and want Reform-lite. They vote Labour because they want it to make a positive difference to their lives.

If team culture is flagged as an issue by a senior player and you lose 16-0 in an Ashes series, an overhaul seems like the sensible option

Lewis and Knight gone and the summer on the horizon. Suspect any captaincy appointment may be interim for now but lots to be figured out

So, Heather Knight’s tenure as captain is over. She’s seen off five Prime Ministers and overseen the transition to the professional era. She’s an immense presence in English cricket but no one can stay on after a 16-0 Ashes drubbing. The bigger failure, though, is that there is no obvious successor.

Trump fired 400 FAA senior officials, the TSA head & 3k air traffic controllers. Now there’s been a fatal accident. He was supposed to be updating the public but instead gave an incoherent, shameless rambling speech blaming DEI hires and politicised a tragedy. He truly is a despicable waste of piss
