We demonstrate the use of three-photon microscopy to track changes in vascular structure related to amyloid plaque formation in the APP NL-G-F knock-in model of Alzheimer's Disease.

There is a beautiful movie but Bluesky won't show it bc of the aspect ratio, so instead I just show the first frame above. However, here is another snippet - this time simultaneous imaging of 4 different cortical regions at a depth of 520 µm at 7 Hz. All in head-fixed mice exploring a 2D chamber.
