Adolescence was great and important but I just watched The Gathering from last year which covers the same theme and I don’t recall ever seeing it mentioned

The Gathering (Netflix) (4) has everything a mini-series needs—who could fail to fall in love with Kelly (Eva Morgan) or Adam (Sonny Walker)? The story is wonderfully crafted. The pressures on young elite athletes chilling, whilst at the same time awe-inspiring. And Liverpool is looking lovely.

The Lockerbie story may be too sad for some to watch, but the BBC drama 'The Bombing of Pan Am 103' is fascinating, sensitively made, & perfectly cast. Superb television! www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/epis...

We’ve watched three episodes of The Bombing of Pan Am 103 on BBC iPlayer.
It is shocking and I’m surprised at how little I actually remember of all this from 1988.
